Shipping time: After you place an order in Minpetpet, we will arrange shipping within 24h.
Shipping cost: When you buy a product with postage, the shipping cost is calculated at 13 Euros for the first 1 kg and +3 Euros for every 0.5 kg of additional weight. The shipping costs are not calculated for the products you buy free of postage, which is clearly marked on the product page.
Delivery time: Under normal circumstances, the above logistics will be delivered to your delivery address within 10-15 working days, but we do not exclude late delivery due to flight restrictions of the logistics company and the speed of customs clearance in China.
